USAID – Donald M. Payne International Development Fellowship Program

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the Donald Payne Fellowship Program (Payne Program). Eligibility for this award is restricted to qualified U.S. Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs)-.
