USAID seeks to identify prospective organizations and to receive feedback during the design process. Not-for profit organizations and for-profit organizations are encouraged to reply. This request for information (RFI) is issued solely for planning purposes and is published in accordance with FAR Part 10 and FAR 15.201(e).
