The U.S. Agency for International Development’s Mission to Ethiopia (USAID/Ethiopia) is in the process of designing the next phase of HIV activities to support Ethiopia achieve and sustain HIV epidemic control. This means all ages, genders and at-risk populations in communities know their status, receive lifesaving HIV prevention and treatment services, and are virally suppressed if they are HIV-positive. USAID seeks to identify prospective organizations and to receive feedback during the design process. Not-for profit organizations and for-profit organizations are encouraged to reply. This request for information (RFI) is issued solely for planning purposes and is published in accordance with FAR Part 10 and FAR 15.201(e).
