Date/Time: Location: Entrances located on 14th Street and along Woodrow Wilson Plaza at 13th & Pennsylvania Ave. A picture ID is required to enter the building. Directions Once Inside the Building 13 ½ Street: Pass through security make your first right and take the escalators down to the Concourse Level. Make left at bottom of the escalator, at the end of the hallway proceed right, make first left and The Center entrance is on your left. 13th Street: Pass through security take the elevators down to the Concourse Level.
