Reduce water-borne and diarrheal disease through comprehensive water, sanitation, and hygiene programming targeted to reduce fecal-oral disease transmission. 2. Improve sustainability of existing water supply infrastructure for communities, moving them away from fully subsidized approaches and laying the foundation for development donor and local government support through a few avenues outlined in the full announcement.
