Synopsis 2 | AMENDMENT NO. 01 –
1. To provide answers to questions received in response to the HealthComm-Capacity RFA. On page 15 of SOL-OAA-12-000017, it is indicated that the successful applicant for HealthComm-Capacity will be expected to provide “technical and financial assistance to graduate-level health communication program at University of Witwatersrand (South Africa) in support of its continued positive impact on health communication capacity in the region.” USAID recommends that, in the interest of transparency and consistency, the University of Witwatersrand provide interested applicants with a brief written synopsis, outlining major activities of the University’s health communication graduate studies program (and associated Center of Excellence); technical needs or gaps; and strategic priorities. Applicants may propose how best to complement existing activities and/or meet outstanding needs while reflecting the strategic vision of the proposed project and strengths of project partners. |
