| Description: | The purpose of this program description (PD) is to define the parameters of a five year, election support program for USAID/Liberia. The objective is to provide timely support through technical assistance and some material support to assist Liberias National Elections Commission (NEC) to conduct specific electoral exercises that are vital to the continued democratic transition underway in Liberia. These exercises include constituency boundary delimitation, design a revised voter registration system, holding a national referendum to amend the Constitution, and support holding local elections.
