The United States Government as represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), Yemen, is issuing ADDENDUM 2: SUPPORT TO EDUCATION IN YEMEN to Middle East/Education Umbrella Annual Program Statement APS-OAA-17-000002. USAID seeks to fund one or more activities that ensure continued equitable and safe access to quality education and schools for Yemeni children. These activities will primarily support ongoing development of a strengthened, resilient education system able to to meet the complex learning needs of the children of Yemen. This addendum is currently requesting Concept Papers from all eligible organizations, as specified in Section XIII.A of the umbrella APS. The Government anticipates one or more awards totaling up to a maximum of USD $36,000,000. Please review the addendum for details on submission requirements and contact information. |
