This addendum to the Annual Program Statement (APS) – Round 3 publicizes the intention of the United States Government (USG), as represented by USAID/Serbia, to obtain concept papers, full applications, and issue an award for the Advancing Equity and Equality of Marginalized Groups Activity in Serbia focused on Advancing Economic Empowerment of Women in Serbia.
