The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through its Office of Acquisition and Assistance, Transportation Division, is inviting applications for the Ocean Freight Reimbursement Program. This program, authorized under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, offers grants ranging from $5,000 to $150,000 for FY2016 and FY2017.
