Late or incomplete applications will only be considered at the discretion of the Agreement Officer in accordance with ADS 303.3.6.7 under subsequent batches of applications, if any. |

As part of USAID/OFDAs strategy for Sudan, USAID/OFDA seeks to establish a rapid response funding mechanism with stand-by capacity, whereby international and local organizations will be supported to respond to acute humanitarian needs stemming from disasters and localized emergencies through timely, short-term, quick-impact and effective interventions as emergencies occur over the duration of this award.
