In order to effectively tackle these challenges, USAID/Paraguay will seek the following sub-purposes: a) Increased capacity of select public institutions; b) Accountability and anti-corruption efforts strengthened in select public institutions; and in coordination with inter-agency counterparts and other international donors c) Legal and policy framework for effective governance advanced.
