| Description: | The United States Government, as represented by the United States Agency for International Development in Rwanda (USAID/Rwanda) is seeking applications from qualified and eligible organizations for a five-year activity to improve and sustain the health and social wellbeing of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV), their households, and communities in Rwanda.
It is USAID policy not to award profit under assistance instruments.
