Ladies/Gentlemen:

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Senegal /Sahel regional Office (SRO) is making a special call for submission of concept papers from qualified entities to implement the program entitled “Nafoore” in the Republic of Mauritania.

Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Senegal /SRO may allocate up to $17,000,000 over the course of five(5) years .

Eligible organizations interested in submitting a Concept Paper are required to carefully read this APS addendum as well as the full YouthPower APS announcement, which can be found at: https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/view-opportunity.html?oppId=325906 .Reading those materials is essential to understanding the program description, concept paper submission requirements and the review and evaluation process. Eligibility is discussed in Section C of this addendum.

This funding opportunity is posted on www.grants.gov .Potential applicants are required to regularly check the website to ensure they have the latest information. Please send any questions to the point(s) of contact identified in section D of this addendum.

Note: Only the applicant that passes the concept paper review stage will be asked for a full application.
