Description: | The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a Leader with Associates Cooperative Agreement from eligible U.S. for-profit, non-profit, or private voluntary organization for a program titled, Human Resources for Health and Quality Services (HRHQS). The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. USAID strongly encourages applicants to develop consortiums with other responsible organizations (U.S. or Non-U.S. Organizations). With this RFA, USAIDs objective is to strengthen the human resources needed to implement quality health programs. It will address both the number of healthcare workers needed and the quality and performance of those workers. It will also build capacity in service delivery thereby increasing access to high quality FP/RH, HIV/AIDS, malaria, TB, MCH and other health services while at the same time strengthening the human resource systems necessary to develop, maintain and support the workforce. |
