This amendment is being issued to revise the APS, as follows: 1. No separate document is being issued on grants.gov for addendum (round) 1. All technical guidance necessary for addendum (round) 1 is included in the original APS. See highlighted revisions in the cover letter and in Section D.4. 2. Concept papers will only be reviewed after the cutoff date and not on a rolling basis. Interested organizations are encouraged to submit their concept paper after answers to questions have been published, since only one submission per addendum (round) is allowed. See highlighted revisions in Section F.1. 3. If an organization submits more than one concept paper under one addendum (round) as the prime applicant, all of their submitted concept papers will be eliminated from review and consideration. See highlighted revisions in sections B.1, C.3, D.3, and F.1. 4. The points of contact for questions and submission of concept papers have been revised. Please see the cover letter and Section G.1. |
