| USAID/Vietnam is issuing this amendment to extend the submission deadline for applications to March 19, 2018, 5pm Hanoi local time. We’d like to remind potential applicants that there are a number of required documents that must be provided when submitting an application. Please pay close attention to the requirements in Section IV of the RFA. For example, all applicants must fill out and submit all the certifications and assurances in Section IV, submit records of legal registration as a Vietnamese non-governmental organization along with the organization’s charter, bylaws, or other legal organizing documents, and provide evidence of SAM registration (including a DUNS number). Additionally, the total amount of the program can only be between $1 and $2 million. Applications that fail to provide a full application package, or apply with a program outside of the dollar range, will not be considered.
