The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Lusaka, Zambia is offering this grant to qualified local organizations to establish an effective and sustainable national Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) monitoring and evaluation system for the Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ). This two-year program, known as ZOMIS, aims to address critical data needs across community, district, provincial, and national levels. It will provide the essential database and data collection tools for OVC service delivery and programming. The initiative contributes directly to USAID/Zambia’s Country Development Cooperative Strategy, specifically Development Objective 3, by mitigating the impact of HIV/AIDS.
