The U.S. Department of Agriculture is specifically directed to partner with at least one qualified institution to achieve these goals. The overarching objective is to provide a viable, low-cost alternative to conventional products, fostering innovation in sustainable manufacturing and leveraging agricultural resources for economic and environmental benefits.
