Lack of past experience with USDOL cooperative agreements, grants, or contracts does not bar eligibility.

Description:: This Notice of Intent (NOI) is not a request for funding applications. Subject to the availability of funds, the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs, will award a cooperative agreement for a multi-country technical assistance project(s) to increase national and local capacity to address child labor, including the worst forms of child labor, and carry out labor inspectorate assessments to better inform monitoring and enforcement of worker rights. The Office of Procurement Services anticipates publishing the Solicitation for Grant Applications (SGA) on or about 31 May 2013 (this date is subject to change). Please refer to: http://www.dol.gov/ILAB/grants/main.htm#20121009 and http://www.dol.gov/ilab/grants/SGAguidelines.htm for general guidelines and examples of previous cooperative agreement applications. This NOI does not include a SGA or any attachments. It only constitutes a notice of USDOLÂ’s intent to publish a SGA at a later date. Interested applicants are encouraged to monitor www.grants.gov for the SGA, as this is the method by which it will be made available to the public. No email or paper copies will be provided.
