Description:: This is a Notice of Intent only. The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), intends to award, through a competitive and merit-based process, one or more cooperative agreements to organizations to implement projects that aim to reduce child labor through educational and training opportunities for target children and to promote sustainable livelihoods for their households. USDOL/ILAB intends to obligate up to $10 million for project(s) to reduce child labor in Cambodia. Projects to be funded in the forthcoming solicitation(s) will address the following strategic areas: 1) Education, 2) Livelihoods, 3) Social Protection, 4) Youth Employment, 5) Strengthening Institutional Capacity and Policies, 6) Raising Awareness, and/or 7) Supporting Research, Evaluation and Collection of Reliable Data on Child Labor.
