| Additional Information on Eligibility: | Any commercial, international, educational, or non-profit organization(s), including any faith-based, community-based, or public international organization(s) capable successfully addressing child labor and forced labor abuses, and promote acceptable conditions of work in sectors and/or supply chains are eligible to apply. Lack of past experience with USDOL cooperative agreements, grants, or contracts does not bar eligibility. All applicants for ILAB funding opportunities must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to applying for funding. New applicants should be aware that applying for a DUNS number and registering in SAM may take several weeks. Applicants should plan accordingly to avoid unexpected delays that could result in the rejection of the application.
