All applicants for ILAB funding opportunities must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to applying for funding. Subject to the availability of funds, USDOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to award, through a competitive process, one cooperative agreement to an organization to implement a project in Peru, Georgia, and at least one additional trade partner country with a current need, to be selected after award by USDOL in consultation with the successful applicant. The project will support effective labor law enforcement by building the long-term capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) and workers to engage effectively with labor law enforcement authorities.
