Additional Information

Agency Name: Fish and Wildlife Service
Description: The purpose of this project is to develop and assess a multi-species trans-activation assay that will allow for the assessment of differences in species sensitivity to CECs. The recipient will work closely on an ongoing CEC investigation, obtaining input on species of interest from USFWS personnel and using data from previous and ongoing investigation on the impacts CECs have to aquatic resources. The recipient will need to work professionally with other university collaborators, USFWS personnel, and other federal agencies while developing the multi-species trans-activation assay in order for results to be applicable to current research and USFWS needs and priorities. This project will allow for the results from previous and ongoing laboratory exposure analyses to be applied to species of greater interest to USFWS.
