Additional Information on Eligibility: This is a Notice of Intent to award a Grant to Northern Prairie Land Trust (NPLT) for the purpose of assisting USFWS in identifying properties for purchase, either through fee title acquisition or purchasing wetland or grassland easements within the time frames established by the NAWCA grants.

Description: This project will provide man power to assist the USFWS in identifying properties to be protected either by fee title acquisition or by wewtland and grassland easements.

This Single Source Award is being made in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B-2, which allows for award without competition to an applicant. 2- Continuation – The activity to be funded is necessary to the satisfactory completion of, or is a continuation of an activity presently being funded, and for which competition would have a significant adverse effect on the continuity or completion of the activity.
