This announcement is for NGO proposals for programs that benefit primarily Malian and Nigerian refugees and other identified populations of concern in Burkina Faso, Mauritania, or Niger, or refugee returnees in Senegal. It is designed to accompany PRM’s General NGO Guidelines, which contain additional information on PRM’s priorities, and NGO funding strategy with which selected organizations must comply. Because of PRM’s mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those programs that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees and/or refugee returnees in the countries listed in this Notice for Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Proposals must focus on one or more of the programmatic sectors as listed in the country-specific provisions in the NOFO. Organizations may submit a maximum of one proposal per country in response to this NOFO for West Africa.
