The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), through its Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division, announces an open competition for the Youth Ambassadors Program with South America. This grant invites public and private non-profit organizations, meeting 501(c)(3) provisions, to recruit and select youth and adult participants for three-week exchanges.
