The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is offering this cooperative agreement grant, up to $750,000, to enhance the capacity of American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) tribal communities. This grant is for supporting the provision of comprehensive, culturally appropriate, and victim-centered services to crime victims, their families, and the wider community. The awarded recipient will deliver essential resources, coordination, and tailored training and technical assistance (TTA) to AI/AN communities. This includes supporting those receiving funds through the Children’s Justice Act Partnerships for Indian Communities and the Comprehensive Tribal Victim Assistance Program, as well as other AI/AN groups. Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations, institutions of higher learning, and consortiums with proven experience working effectively with AI/AN communities.
