This Request for Proposals (RFP) is one of three projects U.S. Embassy Kabul, in partnership with the Afghan Ministry of Information and Culture (MOIC), is engaged in to establish a fully functional and modern national museum complex that will stand as an enduring symbol of Afghanistan’s rich cultural heritage and national identity in the 21st century. |
