Programs that provide adversarial individuals or groups opportunities to meet and work together to address issues around potential, ongoing, or recent conflict will receive consideration for funding under this APS. Successful applications under this solicitation will describe a people-to-people approach based on a context and conflict analysis that leads to a concrete program change hypothesis. |
